How long does my order need to get made?

We follow a made to order model to be more sustainable. Please allow for 7-14 business days for your piece to be created.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after being made.

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

It depends on your location. For local deliveries, we use Akis Express which takes approximately 1-3 business days to reach you. For international deliveries, it depends on the destination.

What material do you use ?

We use sterling silver, recycled sterling silver and 18k gold-plating; all materials are ethically

sourced, fair trade, and 100% nickel-free to prevent skin irritation. Each piece is handcrafted with love and intention.

What if I’m not happy with the quality?

We’ll make it right. Simply email us at efthymiadesign@gmail.com, and we’ll resolve any quality concerns quickly to your satisfaction.

How do I return a product?

You can return your package within 14 days of receiving your order and

provided that they are :

• Unused and in original packaging

• In the same condition as received

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalised Jewellery

• Final sales items

How to request for return

Email efthymiadesign@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Ship the item within 7 days of approval.
