1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

Unused and in original packaging

In the same condition as received

Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Custom or personalized jewelry

Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

Final sale items
3. How to Request a Return

Email efthymiadesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Ship the item within 7 days of approval.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
