The necklaces are made to order, designed and crafted by Efthymia as well as in collaboration with local artisans from around the island. The process is slow, meticulous and relies on many human hands before the jewellery reaches you. Please allow for 7-14 business days for your piece to be created.

Delivery time depends on your location. Local deliveries take approximately 3-5 business days.

How long does my order need to get made?
We follow a made to order model to be more sustainable. Please allow for 7-14 business days for your piece to be created.
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after being made.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
It depends on your location. For local deliveries, we use Akis Express which takes approximately 1-3 business days to reach you. For international deliveries, it depends on the destination.
What material do you use ?
We use sterling silver, recycled sterling silver and 18k gold-plating; all materials are ethically
sourced, fair trade, and 100% nickel-free to prevent skin irritation. Each piece is handcrafted with love and intention.
What if I’m not happy with the quality?
We’ll make it right. Simply email us at efthymiadesign@gmail.com, and we’ll resolve any quality concerns quickly to your satisfaction.
How do I return a product?
You can return your package within 14 days of receiving your order and
provided that they are :
- Unused and in original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to request for return
Email efthymiadesign@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item within 7 days of approval.
