HOW TO CLEAN & REFRESH YOUR JEWELLERY AFTER SUMMER
Service Description
A hands-on jewellery care workshop with Efthymia Summer can be tough on your jewellery — sweat, sunscreen, swimming and everyday wear can leave precious metals looking a little dull or tarnished. Join us for an informal, hands-on workshop where we’ll learn how to clean, care for and refresh your jewellery at home, helping you keep your favourite pieces looking their best for longer. We’ll talk about how to properly care for sterling silver and other precious metals, what to avoid, and which simple at-home methods you can safely use. Efthymia will also demonstrate the cleaning and polishing process, and you’ll have the chance to work on your own jewellery. BRING YOUR JEWELLERY Bring 1–5 pieces of sterling silver jewellery that you’d like to clean and refresh. Your pieces must be stamped as sterling silver. If you’re unsure whether a piece is sterling silver, Efthymia can help you identify the stamp before cleaning. PROFESSIONAL POLISHING Efthymia Jewellery only: If you’d prefer to have your jewellery professionally cleaned and polished, Efthymia will offer a professional refresh service during the event. Please note that repairs or restoration for damage beyond normal wear and tear will incur a fee, which will be discussed with you before any work is carried out. DETAILS Time: 11:00 - 13:00 Participation fee: €15 Spots: 10 participants This is a relaxed, practical workshop — come with your jewellery, learn a few new tricks, and leave with your pieces looking refreshed and ready for the new season. DISCLAIMER: The at-home cleaning methods demonstrated during the workshop are intended for genuine sterling silver jewellery. Efthymia cannot take responsibility for jewellery that is falsely or incorrectly stamped as sterling silver, or for damage resulting from the use of these methods on unsuitable materials, stones or finishes.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Workshops In order to cancel a booking, you must inform us in writing by email to efthymiadesign@gmail.com or by phone at +35799393153. Your cancellation must be confirmed as received by us on or before the relevant dates, as set out below. All cancellations and transfers are subject to an administrative fee of 10% of the cost of the class. * If your written request is received more than 48 hours before the event is due to begin, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, less the administrative fee. * If your written request is received between 24 hours and 48 hours before the event you will be entitled to a 50% refund, less the administrative fee. * If your written request is received within 24 hours before the event, you will not be entitled to a refund for your place. * Cancellations requested after the course/event has started will not be considered. * Transfer to an alternative course/event should be requested in writing at least 48 hours before the class begins. * Transfer requested less than 48 hours before the event may be declined unless a replacement student can be found for your place prior to the start date. * If you fail to attend a course, event or session, no refund will be given, and no transfer request will be accepted. If a class is cancelled or postponed for reasons for which we are responsible, such as staff illness, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the class to suit the majority of attendees, or add missed hours onto remaining classes. Gift vouchers are not refundable in any circumstances. If you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation. Workshop Design Policy All workshop bookings include the creation of one sterling silver ring based on a selection of 5 signature designs provided. Participants who wish to create their own original design must purchase the Custom Design Upgrade at the time of booking. The Custom Design Upgrade includes additional guidance and preparation to support your design. Custom designs must be discussed and approved in advance and may be adjusted to suit the workshop timeframe. This upgrade is non-refundable once planning has begun.
